It is a semi sweet wine with not completely fermented sugars ( glucose, fructose ), 13.0%vol. alcohol and 30 gr/lit. dry extract. It originates of the sort Cabernet Sauvignon. It is a late harvest with 28% average contents of sugar. The vineyards cover an area of 5 hectares with no possibility of irrigation. The grapes during the period of vegetation were not protected not once (totally ecological) and only 12.000 kg were harvested out of 5 hectares, and 5000 liters wine with termination of the fermentation obtained. The wine has a very strong color (fait amount of antocianes, polyphenols, proantocianidoles, resferaroles and other antioxidants). The aroma reminds of raisins, grape honey, propolis and the taste of nectar. The taste lasts very long in the mouth. It is Consumed on a temperature of 15-17°C. We recommend it as a breakfast and also as a dessert with not too sweet cookies. It is a real elixir of life.
