F&D的原始材料为无铅水晶（一般水晶是在玻璃里加放了不低于24％的铅，它有较好的折射率、硬度，以及较大的比重。无铅水晶，就是以其它元素代替原本生产过程中所使用的铅加入玻璃中，它极富弹性、特别晶莹透澈，使无铅水晶杯透光度极佳，呈现晶莹剔透的质感，且，不含铅，所以更加的环保健康、安全无毒，是目前欧美市场上水晶玻璃杯的新主流。）
由于目前世界多家主要玻璃器皿生产商对各自的产品在衡量标准各有不同，为了力求统一，欧洲日用玻璃协会(European Domestic Glass Association)组织世界8家世界最主要的玻璃器皿生产商并于2007年9月在巴黎对来自这八家生产商的样品进行了统一测试，Pasabahce的f&d无铅水晶系列也是其中之一。结果表明，f&d酒杯的抗清洗耐久力、在恶劣环境的抗腐蚀以及透明度方面都是最优秀的。
Undertaking glass production in Turkey by following our Great Leader Atatürk's directives in 1935, today Pa?abah?e keeps the Turkish "glass making" tradition it has inherited from the past alive with Denizli Cam. The establishment is the leader in Turkey in "handmade glass housewares" production under Denizli by Pa?abah?e brand. It continues flourishing rapidly to become a renowned corporate brand in high demand worldwide.
With the continued handcraft production, 5000 year old glass making tradition is kept alive at Denizli Cam.
Handcrafting is a technique through which human intelligence, skill and aesthetic vision merge to transform labor into a form of art. Liquid glass obtained from raw materials melted in blast furnaces operating at 1500 degrees are taken with hollow steel tubes dubbed "pipe" and shaped by blowing into various molds. These are fixed or revolving blow molds. In addition, there are blowing techniques and product groups such as "big blowing, medium blowing, small blowing, stemmed glass, glass with handle, covering and press blowing" according to weight and shape of products. Manufacturing is performed by teams of 4-12 persons named hand crafting benches. Know-how, skills and labor quality required by each blowing group is different and unique.
After their surface tensions are removed in "annealing furnaces", products manufactured by benches are subjected to finishing processes, stoned and polished and the product is given its final form.
Pa?abah?e basic design policy of "continuous, quality and original new products" exhibits itself in Denizli handmade products as well. By virtue of this policy, each year around 300 original products are presented to the customers' taste.
Denizli handmade products hold a dear place in collections presented in spring and fall seasons each year, as in the whole Pa?abah?e product range.
HISTORY
1973 Current Denizli Cam factory was founded by 215 natural persons under the name "?irinta?" in ?irink?y, west of Denizli, 7 km to city center.
1983 It assumed the status of a Public Economical Enterprise associated to the Development Bank of Turkey.
1984 Sales expanded across all domestic markets.
1985 First overseas sale was realized.
1988 The second furnace was launched into production.
1994 The 51% public share in the Company was purchased by Türkiye ?i?e ve Cam Fabrikalar? A.?. (?i?ecam) through a block sale at Istanbul Stock Exchange and it joined the Pa?abah?e Group.
1995 Modernization work was started in all process installations, and production quantity increased by 64%.
Crystal production was transferred from Pa?abah?e Factory and the first crystal production was realized.
1995 First colored glass production rolled out of the factory.
1996 Cane glass furnace used in chandelier beads was commissioned.
1998 TSE – ISO-EN 9002 Quality Certificate was obtained.
The first ?e?m-i Bülbül production was realized transferring from Pa?abah?e Factory.
1999 Certificate of Conformity to Turkish Standards was obtained for crystal products.
2000 First free-form production was realized.
2005 Natural gas facility was completed and natural gas usage was started as of October 2005.
2005 Handmade product started to be sold under "Denizli" brand domestically and overseas.
2006 Quality Management System Certificate was renewed with ISO 9001-2000 version.
2007 Elegant crystal products such as handmade wine carafes, decanters, small decanters, cigar ashtrays were included among Denizli brand products together with the newly launched f&d brand.
2009 Dropless applied to Denizli products.
COMPANY PROFILE
Built on an area of approximately 117,190 m2, Denizli Cam has a 23,362 m2 sheltered space. 40% of the total area is covered by green land. Adorned with 7500 saplings and diverse flowers, the establishment has a view rich in tones of green, conforming to the natural flora surrounding it.
After it joined the Pa?abah?e group, new investments and modernization activities were made, production capabilities and quality was developed rapidly. Today, it has a production capacity of 10,400 tons/year and 20,000 product varieties.
This capacity is distributed to the following production quantities.

which form the traditional Beykoz Glass Making examples come to life at Denizli Cam beside Soda Glass, Crystal and Cane Glass production and thus Turkish Glass Art is kept alive in the 21st Century as well.
With a total sales volume of $29.5 million consisting of $17 million overseas and $12.5 million domestic sales, Denizli Cam exports 70% of its products to United States and Europe, and sells to approximately 180 customers in 40 countries worldwide.
Denizli Cam ranked first among the highest corporate tax payers in Denizli in 2000, 2001 and 2002 and third in 2003 respectively.
Preparations and activities for transition to ISO 14000 Environmental Management System and ISO 18000 Occupational Health and Safety Management System are underway at the establishment.
DROPLESS TECHNOLOGY
"Dropless" applied to Denizli products prevent droplets of the liquid content from adhering to the outer walls of decanter.
As a result, the liquid content in wine carafes, pitchers and bottles does not run down the outer surface after use and stain the vessel used.
"Dropless" is applied at the neck of glassware after manufacturing. The process does not have any harmful effects. The material applied is approved by UK Accreditation Service (UKAS) and meets the rules and requirements stipulated by European Union and United States Food & Drug Administration (FDA) in accordance with independent laboratory test reports."Dropless" applied on the glassware must be washed by hand without use of detegents or dishwashers.Durability of "Dropless" applied on the glassware depends on the usage contitions. Wiping with rough textiles and paper derivatives affect its performance.
