Domaine d’Aubaret is located North-West of the beautiful town of Pezenas, in the Languedoc Roussillon.

The vineyard spreads over 37 ha of land.

Terroir

The vines grow on a clay and schistious soil.

The sun exposure is extremely high which enables the grapes to gain optimum maturity.

Vinification

The harvest is done by night when the

air is cooler.

The whole vinification process is done
under oxygen preservation.

Before they go through the pneumatic press the grapes macerate with their skins for several
hours.
在进入气动压力机之前，应该保证葡萄在不脱皮的状态下，浸泡几个小时。
The fermentation is then done slowly.

The juices are then aged on fine lees in stainless steel tanks.

Dégustation

A beautiful golden yellow colour with green tints.
The nose is elegant, full of soft and sweet aromas such as quince, honey and spice; these are perfectly balanced with fresher notes of citrus fruit.
The mouth is meaty and fresh.
Notes of white peaches mix with more surprising ones such as mango and ginger.
Ideal as an aperitive or throughout a pleasant evening.
This white wine will be appreciated with moderne cuisine, grilled fish and sweet-and-sour dishes.
