Deep red with bluish hues. The blend of the two varieties gave as a result the character of Cabernet Sauvignon with smoked notes, also roasted meat and caramel from the Shiraz, with a lot of black fruit such as blueberries. Good body, very complex, integrated ripe fruit. Has a retrotaste full of blueberries. Ripe and powerful tannins, long and elegant.
